The Fare, for Gift Certificates or a booked flight is based on the number of people in your party. for a party of one to three, it is $215 per person. For four or more, the price is reduced to $200 per person. To book a flight, we require a $50 per person, non-refundable deposit and the balance is due when we fly. If weather causes cancellation, we simply reschedule. Since our balloons are FAA Type Certified and a balloon ride is considered a Chartered Flight, no tax is required.
Our primary balloon can carry up to six but we like to hold it to four or five so we have plenty of room. If you are a party of two or three, you'll fly with another couple or possibly one more. If your party is four it's possible we may add another person to the flight (there are times only one person wants to fly). But remember, ballooning is always more fun when shared with others.

REGARDING GIFT CERTIFICATES-
Recipients need only call us to schedule. All flights are made if weather permits. If conditions are inclement, we simply reschedule. Actual flight time varies from about forty-five minutes to an hour and it takes about two and a half hours from the time passengers arrive until they're ready to leave. After sunrise flights, many like to have breakfast and after sunset flights, some want to have dinner locally. We can recommend excellent restaurants for both times.
Share the Flight with Your Family. For private parties we can carry up to six. If there are children or the group is lightweight, there's usually plenty of room.
Regarding Children, we recommend they be at least eight years old and accompanied by an adult. Balloon burners are loud so we have earmuffs available for tender young ears that haven't been exposed to loud music yet.
For Corporate or Larger Groups we can provide additional balloons and highly experienced pilots. Call us and we can review options suitable for your needs.
